Psychological counselling centre for medical students
The Psychological Counselling Centre supports students of human medicine with psychological stress and study-related challenges. The service is confidential, free of charge and geared towards the individual needs of students.
About the Counselling Centre
The Counselling Centre is part of the Centre for Medical Psychology and Translational Neuroscience at the Faculty of Medicine. A team of psychologically and psychotherapeutically qualified specialists accompanies students in stressful situations and supports them in overcoming personal and study-related difficulties.
The offer
Studying medicine places high professional and personal demands. Examination pressure, performance expectations and balancing different areas of life can lead to psychological stress.
The aim of counselling is to understand individual problems and develop solutions together.

- Chronic stress and excessive demands
- Depressive moods, anxiety and panic states
