Inaugural symposium with international guests

With around 100 invited guests and both national and international speakers, our center was inaugurated on May 13, 2026, as part of a symposium held at the Bochum Jahrhunderthalle.

The speakers brought the interdisciplinary concept of the Center for Medical Psychology and Translational Neuroscience to life through their presentations. The symposium was opened by the three founding professors as well as the Vice Dean for Research, Translation, and Academic Excellence of the Faculty of Medicine, Prof. Dr. med. Nina Babel.
