Opening of the psychotherapeutic university outpatient clinic

The Psychotherapeutic Outpatient Clinic of the Department of Medical Psychology and Medical Sociology has started its work. The outpatient clinic now offers psychotherapeutic support, with a particular focus on the treatment of patients with chronic pain. The close links with our department and the Collaborative Research Centres SFB 1280 and TRR 289 are now opening up new opportunities for translational research to optimise the psychotherapeutic treatment of chronic pain disorders.
